Muhammad Zubair Warsaji

WARSAJI,Muhammad Zubair is the Chief Information Officer at Grand Technology Resources (GTR). With over 16 years of experience in the realm of Information and communication Technology, Warsaji served in senior positions both in public and private sectors. Currently he is in-charge of leading business with a special responsibility for IT. In his current job, he is the chief of six "I"s, Infrastructure, Integration, Business Intelligence, Influence and Inspiration. He integrates systems, drives simplicity, solves problems, and contributes to the business strategy.

He implemented secure IT solutions worth of millions of dollars in Afghanistan and was a key person in the first PKI Root Key Generation Ceremony in the history of Afghanistan. It laid down the foundation of Afghanistan Root Certification Authority (ARCA). 

 

He also contributed to the efforts of architecting secure solutions nationwide. His experience as a systems integrator in Electronic Governance, secure identities and Public Key Infrastructure projects demonstrated that he has got diverse skill sets in Secure Systems Integration. Although he is a CIO now, but he has still kept his hat of a “Tech Geek” that he puts-on most of the times to play with commands and codes for integrating and securing IT systems.
